About us

Teenagers

Growing up in the Bronx, the Bayardelle family witnessed first-hand, how under privileged children and adults lack access and resources that could help cultivate gifts, talent, and ambition. Born to Haitian immigrant parents, The Bayardelle siblings watched their parents earn master's and Doctorate degrees and in return, serviced the community by providing access to mentorship, education, and jobs. On February 10, 1995, the Bayardelle Matriach,  Claudie Bayardelle, former CEO and Executive Director of Lucille Murray Child Development Center, was presented with The Claudie Bayardelle Award for her focus, courage, and willingness to work miracles in the community. The Bayardelle foundation continues the legacy of granting access and resources to the disadvantaged.
